Homeseer / Zuno driving me bonkers.

So, excuse my messy code. But i am just trying to get a device included into homeseer (ZWave plugin 3.0.2.215)

I thought i'd try a simple channel definition first. But i can not even do that. First it only sees one of my channels. And i also get a error about supported scale (se my underline below)

First make sure to use word (two bytes) instead of float in the getter! the getter is two bytes as you have defined your channels.

Not sure why HomeSeer can not retrive the scale. May be their support can help?

"We do not support Zuno" was the answer i got about a year ago. And they have not become more helpful lately.

They did! In autumn 2017 we shipped them Z-Uno and they finalized the support of Z-Uno. There is an official announcement about that. So please ask them. They should still have Z-Uno to make tests.
