Is it possible to change Z-uno frequency in the bootloader?

Hi, does anyone know if for testing purposes it is possible to change the frequency of the device from on region to another programmatically or by changing the RF parameters in the bootloader?

On Z-Uno 1: 86 mm for EU, 82 for US
