What do you mean by access? Which server?

You can send HTTP commands to your Z-Cloud server using our API. Please refer to http://en.z-wave.me/content/z-way-api

Z-Cloud is a SaaS, so it is always in the internet and you can access it using IP address of our server.

Z-Connector do not provide any tunnel to get into your house, so to access services in your house you have to do some NAT-traversal yourself.
