Can´t connect local from pc to pie

Hello I have a problem i can´t load the z way site with my local ip 192.168.137.89 but i can ssh to that ip and change things i tried port 8083 and 8084.
is there enyone that know where to search for the fault?

SSH and start the installation script again to see the log of installtion. Also check firewall
