I have the same problem after firmware update. However the green and red LED are faint. Any suggestion what to do?

Looks we have found the problem. We will check how to solve it for future customers. The upgrade was temporarily disabled not to kill more boards

The problem is identified. Currently we do not see any options to upgrade except for returning then back to us. The problem comes from the factory and was not found during QC tests. We are working on other options. Only blue boards are affected

Hey PoltoS,
thanks for reply, good to know.
I send back faulty RaZberry shield, and got a replacement, but PCB is also of a blue color. Does it mean that there are no ways to upgrade firmware by user?
Do you have plans on finding a workaround so blue boards will not brick from this issue?

Hi

I seem to have the same issue with my pi 2, also using the shield. Whenever i try to add any z-wave device the error message pops up and i am unable to continue.

Tried re-installing jessie and z-way but still had the same problem. Also tried reverting software versions but to no avail. The unit is currently unusable...

Is this an issue with the razberry shield? Or is there a fix on the way?

I used to get the same log outcome as @perf prior to re-installing the whole system. However now the razberry seems to stop producing logs after startup.
